The village is located 8.5 km away from Phek town situated at 25˚33’ 19.11” North to 25º 41’ 24.63” North Latitude and 94˚ 27’ 38.52” East to 94º 33’ 20.36” East Longitude. The total area of the village is 49 sq. km. The Village land ranges from 607 metres above sea level at Tizu-Lanye river confluence (Rudzo) to 1885 metres at the summit (khüza Ka). It is the last Chakhesang village towards the east and is bounded by villages of Jessami and Kharasom of Manipur in the East and South respectively, Losami village in the west, Phek Basa village in the North and Phek village in the North-west. It has one extended village at Lanye river valley known as Lanezho village. Apart from Tizu and Lanye rivers, other smaller rivers like Tacholeru and Luzacheru also flows through the village land.
